Website and portal visits
When you open a page on this site, we record:
- the page address, and the page that sent you here;
- when the page opened and how long it stayed open;
- your IP address and the approximate location it indicates (city, region and country);
- your browser, operating system and type of device, as your browser reports them.
We use this to see which pages people use so we can improve them, and to protect the site and the program from abuse and automated attacks (an address that attacks the site can be blocked).
We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser for this. Signing in uses a session cookie that is needed for the portal to work. We do not record what you type, replay your session, use these records for advertising, or sell or share them. Visit records are deleted automatically after 395 days.
Your records in the portal
Records you enter or view in the portal (centers, meals, claims, staff) are kept for the sponsoring organization under its agreements and the CACFP record-keeping rules. Questions about those records go to your sponsor.
